Can the moderators please clarify which releases should be linked? Should a single really not be linked to another if it has a different B side, even if it was released at the same time? Obviously I'll abide by the site rules but I just can't understand the thinking behind this. For example, a mono/stereo promo wouldn't be linked to the stock copy under this ruling- it doesn't seem right to me.

Also, now that the PM system is up and running, it might be nice for the mods to drop you a quick PM explaining why the hours you've spent linking loads of releases have been a total waste of time as they have all just been 'un-linked'. Just a thought.

Rant over. Everything else on the site is superb. Thank you for giving it to us.

haha feel free to rant if you need to! The problem here is maybe that we've not given clear enough instructions to the mods/members about when a record should be linked or not. Dr Doom will be along at some point to clarify everything, and we'll then update the help information on the website
