Purchased a Caterina Valente & Edmundo Ros Demo on phase 4 Decca label. No scanner so can't upload. Can anyone give any information on this label. The label is similar to Deram for typesetting and top akin to this
figure 4 is smaller and more compact with boxed Decca symbol and Made In England. Also bears 'Single from LP PFS 4157' on both sides
The disc is F 12881 with release date 31st Jan. 1969.

Similar sized 4 although the colour band is same shape and size as the one in my post.
Colour is faded orange-pink. Standard UK push out centre intact.

About that time Decca occasionally put logos from LP labels onto the labels of demo copies; the issues themselves had just the ordinary labels. This one had 'Deramic Sound System' on the demo, but the issue was the standard Deram one.

It sounds as though they've done something similar for a single from one of their 'Phase 4 Stereo' series albums. I bet the issue was on plain Decca...
