Was this record banned and then un-banned in Jamaica?

"Legalise It" single is banned in Jamaica for advocating the legalisation of marijuana. Tosh prints the lyrics in The Gleaner newspaper and appeals to Prime Minister Michael Manley to lift the ban after handing him a copy signed "from one living legend to another".

I have this on an orange label. There seemed to be a campaign as the previous owner received a T Shirt with the slogan *'Advertise it' as well as to promote Legalize It. I'm not sure if there was a 2 pronged assault on the law and Jamaican sales of the disc ( "part of the lyric)

Cheers.

I spotted one today but needed to be sure. It was then I realised that it went to No 1. I wonder if EMI and CBS also pressed it up.

Can anyone with the 4 prong version(s) recognise who pressed it. I assume it is a contract pressing.
