A: Mama Don´t Allow
B: There´s Only One Of You
"Mama Don't Allow" is an adaptation of a folk song whose many recorded versions date from the 1920's. A publisher, but not a composer, is listed on the label; this version is indeed registered to Mac "Dr. John" Rebbenack. Here's a 1936 version by Connie Boswell, with which Rebennack was certainly familiar.

A: Bald Head
B: Hey Now Baby
"Bald Head" was Professor Longhair's only chart hit. He had one other release on Mercury (78 RPM only) which appeared in two configurations. Those titles and other recordings were compiled by Bear Family as Mercury Records: The New Orleans Sessions 1950 & 1953.

B: You Are My Love
Paul Ferrara, who played drums on this record and also backed Al Hirt, Pete Fountain and many others, died December 3, 2014, at 76. From Ferrara's obit: "As Prima contemplated various arrangements, Mr. Ferrara offered a suggestion... 'Why don't we start it with a jazz mambo beat?' ... Prima's response? 'Yeah, that's good, boy, keep that in. That's how we're gonna do it.'"
