Strawberry_Lynn
I've been buying records since I was about 12. My favourite era is the late fifties/early sixties; I was born in the 1970's

Cliff Richard & Jet Harris are my favourites

The Teardrop Explodes

A1: Sleeping Gas
B1: Camera Camera
B2: Kirkby Workers Dream Fades
Looks as if someone at the sleeve printers has screwed up and put the flip-overs on the front of the sleeve. Would have loved to have seen the dismay of the band when they first saw one.

Mistake corrected with second print-run

Herman's Hermits

A: Museum
B: Moonshine Man
Can someone please explain what a 'Cut Out Bin' is please? I have a copy of 'Bank Robber' by The Clash with a hole that goes all the way through the picture sleeve and through the label part of the disc, which appears to have been poked through with a hot screwdriver, or similar, which seems to be what is being talked about here.

'Museum' not only missed out on chart honours, but was also excluded from a more-or-less complete 'greatest hits' CD

The Chas McDevitt Skiffle Group

A: It Takes A Worried Man (To Sing A Worried Song)

No Nancy? She must have been an invited guest

The Beach Boys

A: Bluebirds Over The Mountain
B: Never Learn Not To Love
Is there any truth in the claim that the b-side was written By cult leader/murderer Charles Mansion (and was originally titled 'Cease to Exist?'). Probably not, but where did the rumor come from?
