Paper labels are just fascinating, don't care much for injection moulded 45's
I don't own so many because I stopped my vinyl interest when CD's appeared in 1983.
With the demise of jumble sales and the rise in the number of charity shops the collection keeps growing!
A 26 year hiatus then the flame re-kindled 2009 and fanned by 45cat.

Humble Pie

A: Natural Born Bugie
B: Wrist Job
Ppint, my 1st copy I purchased on its original appearance and it jumped after a couple of plays! I've got that traffic 45. I check it out and report back here..sometime as I don't know it's whereabouts without a big search. Watch this space!

Humble Pie

A: Natural Born Bugie

I've acquired 3 copies of this UK release and 2 of them 30 years apart and blow me.... they both jump in the same spot. I believe the groove tolerances on this are very tight with a lot of amplitude in the disk cutting because the track has a lot of volume, there must be a weekspot or very thin wall between two adjacent grooves. It happens 49 sec in.
Anyone else experienced this?

David Rose And His Orchestra

A: The Stripper
B: Ebb Tide
Added Label scans with Larger fonts and at the bottom,
'Made In England For MGM records LTD.'
instead of
'Made in England by EMI LTD.'
Probably dates from 1967 when this change shows up in other MGM releases.

The Beatles

A: Old Brown Shoe
B: The Ballad Of John And Yoko
Uploaded labels for India release. Looks like A side was flipped for George's Old Brown Shoe.
Perhaps it struck some sort of a chord.
