Added yellow/orange swirl label alternate variant. This is apparently another Los Angeles pressing, as it has 6 pronged asterisk in the deadwax, but it also has RCA hand etched in deadwax. The spacing of publisher, timing, matrix above and below the catalogue number is different than the other Los Angeles label (#153886/153887).
Recently, I've been upgrading my Beatles' US picture sleeve collection, much of which was bought new in the 1960s as the 45s were issued or in the early 1970s, before counterfeiting became wide spread. This sleeve is one that needed upgrading. It's my understanding that one of the points for identifying counterfeits is the clarity of the fine print below "Capitol" (i.e., "Reg. U.S. Pat. Off."). Is this correct? It seems this text isn't particularly sharp for any copy I have (including my less-than-very-good original) or have seen. Are there other points? The sleeve for Yesterday is another problematic one for me. I recently bought a West Coast version since I understand it has never been counterfeited, but I'm a little concerned with the accuarcy of the colors. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
