 The A-side is an instrumental supposedly depicting Britain's first motorway, the M1. A full 15 years before Kraftwerk had a similar idea.

 Added solid centre scans. A side of this is a really rather super clavioline-led instrumental, originally called "Left Hand Drive" but renamed before release to ride the coat-tails of the publicity surrounding the opening of the M1 motorway. Despite being voted a majority "hit" on Juke Box Jury for 29 October 1960 (where Ted Taylor was the artist 'behind the screen') it missed the charts. B side applies the same treatment to an old standard, but Johnny and the Hurricanes had already planted the US flag on that territory.
