Pepe knocks on Baby’s door, and as the music builds in the background, he asks “How’s About Another Little Soft Squeeze Baby?” (the song’s full title). Baby plays along until the end, then it’s “Not tonight, Pepe”.
Flip has slightly risqué lyrics as the girl says that she went along for the ride with the boy who was looking for a new thrill. This was the only London release for Bob Trow, from the US Zodiac label.
Robert Trow was born on February 6, 1926 in New York City. Originally a radio host in Pennsylvania, he was well known for his roles on Mister Rogers’ Neighbourhood as Bob Dog and Robert Troll.
He also played Handyman Trow, who built many of the sets and models used in the Neighbourhood Of Make Believe segments of the shows.
Bob died of a heart attack on November 2, 1998 in New Alexandria, Pennsylvania.
