Not sure this was available in shops (one of, I think, many reasons it "wasn't a hit"!). My brother was given his copy by a friend who was at that time (early 1980s) serving in the forces; the band played at his base, and sold copies after the show. The said friend generously bought an extra copy to pass on to my brother, who still has it in his care. Signed as well, as your own copy is, Rod.
"Germoline" owes a musical debt to Dolly Parton's "Jolene", while "Jeremy" was 'inspired' by the Thorpe conspiracy trial of the late '70s (less inspired than Peter Cook's "Entirely A Matter For You", however). "Dog Sh*t" is a brilliant '50s pastiche - and yes, funny too, if listened to sparingly!
