Yes, YankeeDisc, here is that back sleeve with McN5.60 printed on the bottom corner. Also scanned the two sides of the record label, which is essentially the same as that by Telegramsam - only where the four prong centre is, is a small recess (I think you could call it that) about 3/8th Inch out of the (juke box) centre. Hope this is all right?

....cool, you've mentioned the spelling mistake, now please get busy and post your sleeve, McN5.60, which was printed May 1960, so predates the one already posted, printed November 1964, McN11.64 ®, with thanks to okun69.

Also, if telegramsam could also post their sleeve, McN11.60 ®, from November 1960, that would make three variations, of what must have been a successful EP to have been released in 1958, and was still selling as a repressing in 1964, at least.

The printer of the EP sleeves mentioned and displayed was MacNeill Press, 2 Vine Lane, Tooley St., London, S.E.1, see HERE>>>>

The E/T tax code on images #212394, #212395 was in force April 8th 1959 - July 31st 1960
The M/T tax code on images #194334, #194335 was in force Jan 1st 1963 - Jun 30th 1963

Everybody who uses this site should look at and refer to when necessary Peter Rice's excellent dissertation on UK Purchase Tax, as all the info. is there.

The EP shown McN11.64 ®, would have carried nominally KT tax coding, either on the printed paper labels, or in the run out/dead wax, opposite the matrices.
The KT tax code was in force July 1st 1963 until Nov 22nd 1968, with amendments.

Keep up the good work.

I am surprised that no mention of the spelling mistake on the front sleeve compare to that on the label, that word is outa (on sleeve) and outta (on label)!
Also the back of my cover has 'McN5.60'.

Thanks for that info YankeeDisk - much appreciated. It would seem then, from looking at that web page, that my pressing is probably from 1959 (with the other label shown on here being from 1963 if you follow the same tax mark).

Labels show M/T and E/T tax codes, so you should know the pressing dates from those. E/T is earlier.

Look here.

I have added scans of what I believe to be an earlier label. The sleeve is identical with one very small exception. On the rear cover in the bottom right hand corner my sleeve has : McN11.60®. I did wonder therefore if this was an indication of hist being a 1960 pressing? Anyone?

Okay, some internet research has revealed:

Giorgio Tozzi And Mitzi Gaynor, Giorgio Tozzi - Twin Soliloquies And Some Enchanted Evening

Mitzi Gaynor - I'm Gonna Wash That Man Right Outta My Hair

Mitzi Gaynor – (I’m In Love With) A Wonderful Guy

Giorgio Tozzi (who dubbed for Rossano Brazzi) being the sole artist on Some Enchanted Evening.

Mods, can you make the changes accordingly.

Thanks.

The images i've added come from a 1964 or 1965 pressing.

There is no artist credits listed on the label as such, where they would be is the An Original Soundtrack Recording credit. Mods please fell free to amend this as the artistif you feel it needs it
