This record in the USA sold a few all right, at least 1,000,000 of the blighters. That's right, it was a hit record. Kenny and his bandmates laughed all the way to the bank.

snod (julian sondheimer) raved over this - but it's still terrible! *g*

Song about a tractor - "You picked a fine time to leave me, loose wheel..."

So it was 'four hungry children', not 'four hundred children'? I had the impression the four hundred children were the reason for her leaving him, though she may have delayed a bit too long. I suppose I should have listened more closely...

I never knew of this until I heard it on the soundtrack to "The Big Lebowski" which contains some terrific music.

Forget your inhibitions, yes its Kenny 'you picked a fine time to bend down Lucille - more plastic surgery, than a Cher in the field' Rogers - its fits just sing it!. This is undoubtedly one of the greatest psych beat tracks ever before he became all country and there's no mention of dogs dying, wives leavin' nor four hungry children and not a crop in the field. Yet that sold millions, this sold a few. Maybe I'm wrong...
